LAUGHTER YOGA - Wednesday, August 3 at 11:00 - 11:20 a.m.

Free This unique exercise routine combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Anyone can laugh without relying on humor and science shows the body does not differentiate between simulated and real laughter. Once the laughter is initiated as a group, real and contagious laughter usually follows leaving one feeling joyful and relaxed and promoting better health and well-being. Certified Instructor: Pam Burnham from Sugar Creek Parks and Recreation.
