The Independence Chamber of Commerce will host the Halloween parade on the Historic Independence Square on October 26th starting at 10 AM. The parade floats include school marching bands, community organizations, dance studios, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles, tractors, classic cars, and clever costumes.
